Topic: Reacher
Who will be watching season 2? I'll admit I wasn't into s1 until I actually started watching then binged it's really good but it ended like it would be a limited series and not sure if I like the trailers I've seen I'll probably watch the 3 eps that came out already and make a choice but what do people think of a new season

Ryan I watched the first two episodes last night. I was entertained and I think they maintained the tone and quality of the first season. It’s dumb, face smashing fun with enough of a mystery plot to keep you engaged. Each season will feel like a limited series because they’re doing a different book each season. Each book has a completely new setting and set of characters.

Phillip S. I've only read the killing floor so I don't know about the book series but Bosch did a great job of tying in books and making It feel more like a series I read more of the Bosch series than reacher though

Ryan I like each season having its own cast and story. Reacher is a homeless drifter with this crazy set of skills. Almost no one he meets trusts him or knows who he is, which creates a lot of the tension in the stories. If they forced the series into a more rigid structure, with a lot of recurring characters, that would be gone. I’ve read this book and it’s really solid. It delves into his past more.
