Topic: The Lotus Empire

I’m having a really hard time finishing The Lotus Empire. I’ve read the 1st and 2nd book and while they were slow I feel like this one is specifically painful. Any tips on how to push through?

Brian strong I'm having exactly the same problem. I have the audio book and I'm finding anything else to do instead of listening to it.

Genevieve Nierman Potentially hot take: life’s too short to spend it reading on the struggle bus! If a book is feeling like homework—even if you’re deep into a series—there’s no shame in DNFing 🙂. More practical tip? Audiobook on 1.5/1.75 speed while you do a boring task (dishes, tidying, etc.) or a hobby (puzzle, knitting, etc.)
