What would you like to see more of or see happen with fantasy? Anything you want to see. Writers, characters, sub-genres, anything at all.

Maybe more kind or soft characters as the main character. Or even the protagonist being someone "outside" of the prophecy, like the story following someone who isn't the Chosen One with all the special powers. Maybe even not a "save the world" type story.

Have you tried A Winter’s Promise, Spinning Silver, and The Bear in the Nightingale? All books with that trope

Kinda random but I want to see more pirates! in either fantasy or romance or whatever genre they would fit in at. Vampires and dragons have made a comeback over the last few years, there's been a few pirates here and there but I want more!

A non-romance pirate fantasy would be pretty awesome for me.

The Adventures of Amina Al Sirafi. No romance, lots of adventure, found family, and a Sinbad retelling

This goes for more than just fantasy, but I would love to see better communication between characters. Because I feel like so many conflicts could be easily solved if characters just sat down and had a conversation.
