Jami Gellerman

I’m so confused. I adore the great gatsby and I thought I would die for this queer retelling, but I am halfway through the book and nothing has happened except empty sexual encounters. So far Jordan I feel is rather unlikable as she talks about dropping women she’s seeing because they “snore too much” and bore her. Am I just missing something? The prose is outstanding and the atmosphere is wonderful. I’m just missing plot and feels. Anyone else have this experience? #confused #hist
