Shannon CarrollInteresting story but lackluster ending. Wish there had been more disability rep because disabled people are usually the ones derided as a “drain” on society. The characters aren’t very complex, the theme is basically just rich people = evil. The allusions to COVID and the rise of anti Asian racism were powerful, it’s a shame Dawn wasn’t a bigger character
Shannon CarrollIf you save me, I’ll save you 😭😭💔 one or two plot holes, but that’s almost to be expected with time travel movies
Shannon CarrollThe first half of the movie is five stars, the second half.. has issues, mainly with Guillén and Gage’s characters. Also, the main character literally tells you what’s going to happen at the beginning of the movie, but the movie still tries to draw out what might happen like you don’t already know.
Shannon CarrollThe ending is super abrupt, but I liked the movie! Just wish there was a second half of it. So fun to see young Hugh Hefner and Wesley from the Princess Bride lol. The main character is super compelling, I love him being unapologetically queer in 1930’s Britain 🩷
