"The first part of this book was interesting, but the other characters made me lose interest."

"I read this book back in I believe 2019 because a coworker had mentioned they liked Tarryn Fisher's writing. They ranted and raved about their books and how much they loved them. I looked through her selection, picked this one and said, "Alright, I'll bite." and dove it. What a horrible, horrible mistake.<br/><br/>TLDR: This book is just downright to its core, awful.<br/><br/>Lets begin with the basics. This book is written in three different perspectives. The Obsessed, The Husband, and The Wife. I hated each character equally. Honestly, each of them are psychotic in some way shape or form. Mercy deserves better. She deserves something way way better than all this ****** up nonsense. <br/><br/>Nothing was memorable about this book except for the fact that I hated everything about each character. The writing wasn't even that good to support the book. <br/><br/>Rating: Doesn't deserve the time I read it. I wish I could get it back. <br/><br/>Off to the graveyard you go, Bad Mommy.<br/><br/>I also want to preface that I am now terrified to read Colleen Hoover's books if its anything to compare with this book."
