Topic: Credence

I just recently (3 days ago) finished this book and I can’t stop thinking about it. This is my first Pen book and I’ve already read Punk 57 and got Corrupt but I think Credence will stay on top as my favorite. I know the material isn’t everyone’s type and people have problems with Kaleb but man do I love a broken messed up dark character so he has my heart. It was just more emotional than I was expecting going in. How did y’all feel about this book?

CWilson This is my next read! Excited for it as I’ve heard good things.

Ota D. I totally understand when people don’t like this but I feel some people read it when they knew they wouldn’t like the taboo elements and that makes no sense to me. This was essentially a 5 star read in my opinion, I hope you enjoy!!

Bry I loved it! Was also my first read from Penelope and my favorite so far. I’ve read Birthday Girl and Corrupt but Credence is still #1.

Ota D. I just finished Corrupt and I think the series as a whole might too Credence for me but we will see once I get through the other books.

Kathryn Hughes I just didn’t love this book that much. I’ve read Punk 57 and enjoyed that much more than Credence. I guess it’s just a preference thing

Paulina Coronado I loved it, does anyone know of anything similar to credence, not just spice wise but like character wise? Something with characters like Noah and kaleb

MadiBee I finished it in less than a day but I can’t help but kind of wish Noah was the endgame lol, still really enjoyed it though

Ash Loved it and loved Kaleb. Of course he has many issues due to his trauma. But what I love is that he just needed someone to convince him he was worth healing. 🖤
