Annie EsterkampNot my favorite book I've read this year. I thought Leon's chapters were annoying, just because they were choppy and not always complete sentences. It was a cute story line.
Annie EsterkampThe information was interesting, but once I started seeing major spelling and grammatical errors, I started to question the validity. The things suggested are worth trying, it can't hurt anything.
Annie EsterkampThis book wrecked me. This is the most heartbreaking, graphic, gut-wrenching story of the Hollocaust that I've read. It was a hard read. I cried through parts and had to put it down for a day when it got to be too much. The only thing that got me through this book was knowing they survived.
Annie EsterkampI struggled in the beginning with this book. Lenni was written to seem MUCH younger than she was, in my opinion. I eventually fell in love with Lenni and Margot and their friendship and the stories of their lives they shared with each other. Even thought I knew it was coming, I still cried at the end. Definitely recommend this book.
Annie Esterkamp10/10 totally recommend. This is typically not a book I would read or like. I LOVED this book. Kinda sick and twisted in some parts. I really thought I had it figured out halfway through until more was read and then REALLY had it figured out. Even though it was predictable, I still really enjoyed it!
