Crystal Olivares-LongI can see why this book was hyped and considered a very refreshing take, however, I felt like it was rushed in the end. Like that meme where you accidentally turn a page and all of sudden “wtf is happening” and boom! It’s over. The book leaves you thinking and scratching your head and it is well written but it made me feel almost empty at the end.

Crystal Olivares-LongI love the concept of a book written as a found footage, it made me feel like I was watching a horror film as it happened, but I’m unimpressed with the characters. I couldn’t really connect with them and felt indifferent if they survived or not. And then the book got weird. I finished it just to see where it leads but although a big twist, I felt like it lacked. :(
