"Easy read, good for Halloween season."

"Since I am in search of easy reading this was ok for what it is. Very melodramatic with a lot of crying, but still interesting enough. I appreciated the ghosts weaved into it, didn’t like the ending though. I appreciate a good twist as much as anybody, but there has to be a plausible explanation for the twist, I don’t like it being slapped out of nowhere. That’s what happened. Hence, 3 stars."

"I really enjoyed this book. The various characters and how each leaves you suspicious and guessing until the end. While I appreciate the perspective from each character, at times, I needed a moment to remind myself who each character was when the story would change perspectives."

"I really wanted to love this book, and I realistically can't expect to be blown away by EVERY book I read, but this one still felt lackluster. I felt underwhelmed by the ending. It's a good read and is entertaining, it just wasn't a 5-star for me. "

"Finished this one but almost did not. It was too slow, characters not truly developed and although I thought there might have been a mystery to solve, at the end even the "who dun it" was lack luster. The writing style was not for me. Not sure I will read another by this author. "

"I have liked most of her other books but this one was slow and the writing was incredibly simplistic. DNF "
