Luis RuedaTwo episodes into the series and I love it. It is gritty, realistic and thoroughly enjoyable. Different from the books but so far a great story line. It takes the Arthurian legends out of the middle ages and accurately places it in 5th and 6th century Britain. It manages to keep tensions high, as well as one's interest. My only complaint is that it is one episode per week instead of all at once, so I can't binge watch it.
Luis RuedaThis is becoming the equivalent of comfort food. The cast is great. They work well together and deliver excellent performances. There are twists and turns throught the murder investigation that keep you guessing. I wish they put out each series at once so I can binge.
Luis RuedaA well done police procedural mystery that takes place in a town in Qubec, Canada. I tend to like British police mysteries like Shetland and George Gently that center around a decent detective solving mysteries with various twists and turns. This is the Canadian version. Alfred Molina is excellent as the Chief Inspector, a good man with an eye for what can't be seen. The supporting cast is very good. I was taken by some of the unique Canadian issues. I enjoy a show where I learn new things. 8 episodes, 2 per mystery. Worth watching.
