What’s everyone’s spoiler free thoughts on this book? Do you recommend it?

So i just finished the infernal devices trilogy and my heart is shattered. A masterpiece is the only word to describe what the author wrote with these books. If you read them, what was your reaction when you finished clockwork princess?

i’m reading the infernal devices series for the first time! could i only read the infernal devices and the last hours series without reading Cassandra clares other books like mortal instruments and dark artifices OR will i be super confused by the last hours without having read the latter two series i mentioned?

ELRIEL OR GWYNRIEL?? I personally shipped Elriel for so long and i love Elain and Azriels chemistry so i’m kind of scared sjm is changing the vibe to making Gwyn his new love interest. I love Gwyn so much and want her to be happy but i don’t feel any chemistry between her and Az and i’m confused to why so many people hate Elain and therefore ship gwynriel. If Gwynriel ends up being endgame though, i’ll still ship it a lot as long as Elain gets happiness and sjm writes Az and Gwyn well.
